What a wonderful day for everything; photography, friends, family, going out. And the day has just started. I decided to make the best of today. It is amazing how little bit of sunshine can make your mood more happier. Not to mention I’m 1lbs bellow my second weight goal. Haha. Every little bit counts.
I just love reading classic literature such as romanticism. First, I adore the witty characters and real gentleman. When chivalry was the way to go. You know, where inner beauty and qualities matter the most. I am idealistic as that.
Now I’m heading toward the third weight goal (there are four). When I started this journey a little more than 2 months ago I was at 202lbs of weight. Now, I am at 175lbs. Or to be metric – I was 92kg and now I’m 79.5kg. Yep, not letting go of that half a kilogram. Haha. So there, the exact numbers that I’ve always dreaded to come clean with. To me and to you.
So, today is a good day! I’m planing to loose around 10 more kilograms. But, as I am kinda tall-ish, the number could be smaller because even now I look a lot slimmer. I think I wanna go down to 70kg and I would be perfectly fine with it! And according to BMI, I would be at normal weight.It is really weird thinking how I don’t know what my body actually looks like, what shape I am. Because, I’ve never been thin, therefore I don’t know. But now, I can see that becoming reality and I am most thankful to God for that. May He blesses your day! Bai.

    you look amazing as you are now, but if you’re doing sports don’t bother with the bmi, it’s actually pretty subjective… because it doesn’t account for your muscle mass, which is heavier than fat (you probably know this). just look in the mirror and stop when you like what you see, compare yourself with what you used to be, not with others (that’s a mistake i used to make all the time and was always feeling depressed about everything)

    Wonderful photos. Congrats on your weight loss. If you aren’t already doing so, I would suggest joining a gym and visit it at least 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes.
