It’s summer, we can’t go back. I would just like to thank everyone who read and commented on my last post where I shared my doubts about photography and where to go from here. You guys got me back in the game, I’m optimistic as ever. From now on, I’m just gonna take my camera wherever I go, if the situation allows it.

Yesterday, I wanted take a photo of some golden rye fields down my street (while they still last) but the whole plan took a slight turn when my friends got involved. We hopped into my friend Saša’s car and went on a slight detour. He promised me golden rye fields. What I got, well, see for yourself in the photos of this post. Was I disappointed? No.  We got to witness a beautiful open space area which I wasn’t even aware it existed. The funny thing is – it’s only a 5 min car drive away from my house.

However, we left the car and walked to my field, in the end. The sun was down, hazy humid sky above and the overall light conditions weren’t as good. I still managed to take some photos. They might not be what I hopped for but, I guess, there is always tomorrow. Yet again, I’m convinced there is still some undiscovered beauty around me. God bless.

Do it! I literally live on the outskirts where there’s nature for miles and even I still find it interesting to shoot.

      I’ve been using one lens since 2009. It’s Nikkor 50mm 1.4. Plan on getting a 35mm and 85mm.
      Thanks! :))
