Throughout the last month or so I’ve accumulated a lot of photos that didn’t have a home or just wasn’t enough of them for a separate post. This is a mix of old coffee cups, stoves, and forest trails. And this being the third time me editing the post and cutting down on photos shows how unhappy I am with my work, sometimes. I’m always in the state of wishing. I wish for a better foreground, higher mountains around me, for the windows overlooking west, better cafe atmospheres with neat coffee mugs and tables. And, it just never comes true. Everything seems highly unphotogenic (is that even a word?). I always wonder why am I here, why photography if I’m 80% of the time unhappy with the available subjects? Yeah, yeah, I know, it’s what you make with what you’ve got, right? Well, I am not happy with what I’ve got. This unsatisfactory feeling ends with photography, definitely does not apply to my life overall. Go figure. God bless and lots of kisses from always-shooting-cats, Ines. ^•^

I absolutely LOVE your photos. I only wish to be as good as you one day. :) I do know how you feel, though, I always feel like my photographs leave something to be desired. I think we’re all our own worst critic.

Yes, we sure are. There are moments when leaving photography feels as the next best thing but, they pass rather quickly as love for it is much greater.
Thank you :)

I can understand how you feel too… but really, all of these photos are stunning!! :) I especially love the first one… the subject, background & lighting are all perfect!

Thank you so much :)))

Your photos are so delicate!
I would be looking for hours and imagining myself in these places.
You have inspiration! Always!

Onak, NE.
Doći će i naših 5 minuta :D

I know that feeling too, but don’t believe it. There is God’s beauty in every crack, exactly where you are. You can find it.
